About the role:
As IT Administrator at Raya Diagnostics, you implement, plan and support our Soft- and Hardware for our Team in close collaboration with your team and our radiologists. Your communication and organization skills are necessary to make the day-to-day business for all employees at Raya successful. Tools like Office365 and macOS and Windows 10 / Windows Server are a known surrounding for you.

What we expect
- First- and Second level user support by phone, e-mail and remote maintenance with high first solution competence
- Strong communication Skills and Customer orientated thinking
- Experience with modern web based Service and build processes
- High documentation and analytic skills
- Network and Server knowledge and understanding
- Know-how in the areas of hardware, software, user management
Nice to have
- Knowledge of medical HealthCare systems like PACS, RIS and KIS
